It was a blessed week to attend the Southern Baptist Convention in Orlando, Florida. We heard wonderful preaching and enjoyed vibrant worship with our like-minded brothers and sisters in Christ. Among the many highlights, none surpassed seeing 63 new International Mission Board missionaries commissioned to the field. What a joy to be a part of sending the gospel to the nations! We also were blessed to meet Tyler and Ashley Martin, North American Mission Board missionaries. Kingston Forks has been praying specifically for Ashley after learning of a cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments. It was fantastic to meet the Martins personally and hear how God is continuing to work in their lives in the midst of their trials. What a blessing to be at the SBC and see the beauty of cooperating all to further the kingdom of Christ! To Him be the glory!!
