I’m Sharonda, the heart behind Fearless Faith Inspiration Co.™

I’m a woman of faith, HR leader, doctoral student, international missionary, and creative entrepreneur. Different roles, but one purpose: to serve, empower, encourage, and reflect Christ in everything I do.

My HR career allows me to advocate for people. My doctoral journey challenges me to grow as a leader. My missionary work gives me opportunities to share God’s love beyond borders. And my creativity allows me to bring faith and encouragement into everyday life.

Christ is the foundation connecting it all.

September isn’t asking you to become a new woman. It’s asking you to become consistent with the woman God already called you to be. 🎀

Same woman.
Bigger faith.
Clearer boundaries.
Higher standards.
Deeper discipline.
Greater purpose.

I’m not entering September trying to prove myself.

I’m entering it aligned.

This month, I’m seeking God before making the decision.
Doing the work even when nobody applauds it.
Protecting the peace I prayed for.
Creating the things God placed in me.
Leading with excellence and integrity.
Finishing what I started.
And refusing to shrink just because the next version of my life requires more of me.

Because I’m learning something:

Focus is a form of faith.

Sometimes trusting God looks like praying.

And sometimes trusting God looks like getting up, closing the distractions, opening the laptop, building the vision, honoring your boundaries and doing what He already told you to do.

Kinda chic to stop explaining your calling.
Kinda chic to protect your peace.
Kinda chic to be disciplined.
Kinda chic to let God develop you privately before He introduces you publicly.

So no, I’m not chasing a “new me” this September.

I’m becoming more faithful to the woman I already know I’m called to be.

Graceful. Focused. Fearless.

Comfortable and faithful were never the same thing.
Somewhere along the way, a lot of us were taught that peace meant nothing was hard — that if the door kept closing, we must have misread the assignment.
But faithfulness never promised comfort. It promised His presence. And sometimes the very door fear keeps slamming is the one God keeps reopening — not to wear you down, but to remind you He hasn't changed His mind about your purpose.
You were made for more than survival.
More than managing. More than holding it together in rooms that only ever wanted a quieter version of you.
That pull you feel toward more — that's not arrogance.

That's assignment.

So if anyone ever made you believe you were "too much," hear this today: you were never too much. You were under-deployed.

Still becoming.

Healing is not pretending the pain never happened.
Healing is allowing God to transform what hurt you into something that strengthens you.

Sis, you weren't brought through the fire to live in the ashes.

You were created to heal.
To grow.
To flourish.
To become everything God designed you to be.

Got it. Less polished preacher, more real woman who has lived it.

**I'll be honest with you.**

There have been seasons where I quoted this verse and didn't fully believe it.

Not because I didn't love God.
But because I was tired.
And faith feels different when you're tired.

I've sat in leadership meetings coaching people through crisis —
while quietly carrying my own.

I've studied human behavior at the doctoral level
and still couldn't explain why I kept doubting myself.

I've stood in ministry and spoken life over other people
and then drove home in silence wondering if God still saw me.

If that sounds familiar —
I need you to know something.

**That is not weak faith.**
**That is real faith being refined.**

Hebrews 11:1 doesn't say faith is easy.
It says faith is *assured.*

Assured means you've decided.
Even when you're shaking.
Even when it's taking longer than you planned.
Even when you're tired of hoping.

You decided. And you're still here.
That counts.

She’s not rushing the process anymore.

She’s not proving, performing, or explaining herself into exhaustion.

She’s becoming.

Becoming the woman who chooses peace over pressure.
Who sets her schedule around stillness.
Who doesn’t chase—she hears God’s whisper and follows.

She is:
– Rooted in grace.
– Rebuilt with wisdom.
– Radiating with quiet strength.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You have to stay aligned with the One who already knows the way.

But God doesn’t rank pain.
He sees it all. And He calls you into wholeness — not just surviving, but living free.
