Let me know . . .

We need a keyboard player who can help lead worship. We do 90% "contemporary" music plus a closing traditional hymn (along with a sprinkling of original songs). I have been a worship leader for +/- 50 years (can you imagine?), and I have developed a guitar style that provides hints of rhythm, percussion and fills ... great ... but ... another mind, another heart, another voice will just make things deeper, and move in new directions.

Every Wednesday evening . . .

WEDNESDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY? Yes, every Wed. evening at 7:15 we meet at Readington Reformed Church in the Library. Our group is made up of folks from The Loft as well as RRC people. It is best described as an EXPLORATORY Bible study: We generally read through a given book of the Bible verse by verse --- YES, verse by verse --- and we make sure we understand what it says. RABBIT HOLES are welcomed and followed! 😀 There is no formal "lesson plan", per se. We allow the text to lead us wherever it will.

Join us at 124 Readington Road, Readington, NJ on Wednesdays at 7:15 if you are hungry for something a bit more substantial.

As I explore implications of Logos, Dabar and Imrah, good ol' ChatGPT created an illustration for me. Each of these terms = "word" (plus some other uses) in the Bible . He is the source, and the effect. Glory to God.

Next Men's Breakfast is April 24 . . . In John 3:14-15 Jesus clearly identifies His purpose as to bring Healing and Cure to those who would TRUST in Him. The cross does not bring only forgiveness, but in forgiveness opens the way to God's everlasting life at work in us to bring Wholeness. We will unpack this in exciting detail on April 24! :-)
