CONNECTION WITHOUT CONTROL

What should Spirit-led covering protect—and what should it produce?

“Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.” — 1 Peter 5:3 KJV

Biblical covering should never replace a leader’s relationship with Christ, silence necessary questions or create unhealthy dependence upon a person or institution.

Healthy covering protects a leader’s integrity, family, calling and spiritual development. It produces truthful counsel, accountability, fellowship, encouragement, mature leadership and greater faithfulness to the mission God has entrusted to that leader.

Latter House International Fellowship exists to cultivate fellowship, spiritual covering, leadership development and missions among pastors, leaders and ministries as the Lord expands our reach locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

We are not seeking to control ministries or gather titles. We are pursuing relationships in which leaders can be strengthened, challenged, connected and equipped to serve Christ faithfully.

Leaders who desire genuine fellowship and relational covering are invited to begin a conversation. An inquiry does not guarantee recognition or establish a covering relationship. Fellowship is also not conditioned upon—or a promise of—financial support.
