The message for this Sunday will be different than what I originally had planned. God had a different idea than I did so this Sunday's message will be entitled "Are you desperate?". We will look at a story from Mark 5 about a woman who had tried everything she could for 12 years to get better and finally got desperate enough to do what she had to do to get close to Jesus. There is a lesson in this story for us as well. Come and join us at 10:30. We will save a seat for you.

As Jesus approaches the end of the Sermon on the Mount, he tells us that wide is the road that leads to destruction and many enter through it, but narrow is the road that leads to life and only a few find it. This passage leads us to a higher standard of living as followers of Christ, so the question becomes who or what is setting the standard for your life? Here's a question I'm sure 99% of you will answer yes to.....have you ever struggled in life? Maybe you are right now. And I'm not talking about your life is falling completely apart or you're facing some life altering trauma. But things are just a struggle. Well this Sunday I will be sharing a message entitled "The Struggle Bus". If this sounds like your life, I encourage you to come and join us this Sunday at 10:30 am. I hope to encourage all of you with some scripture and 3 things that we need to remember during those times. You are all invited to come as you are. We've saved you a seat.

What a great church service this morning. 103 in attendance and 6 kids got confirmed into the church. We also had one of our youth, Kenley Hayes, who just graduated from Newcomerstown this year share a message entitled "Don't answer to fear" which spoke to everyone in attendance. It's great to see our youth involved in the church. God has blessed us at St. Paul's.
