Bringing accountability to God's churches without compromising the move of God. If the center of your church is the Kingdom of God, nothing can come against it.

Connecting your Vision International’s goal is to preach the gospel message of Jesus Christ while bringing accountability and infrastructure to God’s churches without compromising the move of God. The team from Connecting your Vision International (CYVI) does not take this responsibility lightly. There are many facets that go into a church with structure, yet the foundation for every church should be one thing: Kingdom. The team comes from years of hands-on experiences in many church settings. This experience with the guidance of the Holy Ghost has brought stability and growth to many churches world-wide. Faith-based and Holy Ghost-led, CYVI has an intention to stay connected with churches. When CYVI ministers at a church, they become part of the team; spiritually and administratively. Well rounded and Holy Ghost-inspired, the vision is to uphold the ministry and vision of the senior pastor of the local church. Every church has a vision given to the senior pastor’s from God. This means every church will have a different vision. It is Connecting your Vision’s mission to see to it that every church they come in contact with has the tools they need to fulfill their vision.

Growth requires change. But not every change leads to growth.

In a powerful podcast conversation, Dr. Randy Hooper shared an important leadership principle: we must be willing to embrace new ideas without destroying the foundations that helped us get where we are today.

We want our teams to serve effectively, our ministries to operate smoothly, and every person to fulfill their responsibilities with confidence and purpose.

Are we training people for the excellence we're expecting from them?
