You Are Chosen!

When God has selected you…it doesn’t matter who else rejected or neglected you.
His favor outweighs every form of opposition. What He ordains, no one can overturn.

You are chosen.
You are loved.
You are enough.

The same God who raised Joseph from the pit…Esther from obscurity…and David from the fields…has His hand upon you.

When God’s purpose marks your life…rejection becomes redirection.

“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?”
Romans 8:31

His favor can only be experienced. You don’t need the approval of people when you’ve been anointed by Him.

Walk boldly in that truth...

No matter who overlooked you…God sees you.
No matter who walked away…Jesus chose you.
And when He calls you…nothing can stand in the way of His plan.
But remember, this selection is also about the mission.

“And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,”
Matthew 28:18-19
As believers, we are called to the Great Commission to share the good news of Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us so that we could be free from sin and walk in newness of life.

““For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”
John 3:16

The gospel is our message.
Our testimony is the evidence of His grace.
And our obedience is the fruit of our faith.

S.O.S. is Back for the New School Year!

S.O.S. (Save Our Schools) is once again on a mission to cover our schools in prayer.

This is not an effort to place prayer back into the public schools. Rather, it is a call for believers to pray for our public schools—without infringing upon the rights or freedoms of any principal, teacher, student, faculty member, or staff member.

If you believe in the power of prayer, we invite you to join us as we unite in faith, asking God for His protection, wisdom, peace, and guidance over our schools throughout this new school year.

Prayer Conference Call
Every Monday Morning at 6:00 a.m.
Beginning August 10

When Circumstances Roar... He is Faithful!

“Who establishes the mountains by His strength, Being girded with might; Who stills the roaring of the seas, The roaring of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples. They who dwell in the ends of the earth stand in awe of Your signs; You make the dawn and the sunset shout for joy.”
Psalms 65:6-8

Psalm 65:6–8 presents a breathtaking picture of God’s sovereign power. He established the mountains by His strength. He stills the roaring seas, the crashing waves, and even the uproar of the nations.

Mountains appear immovable. Oceans appear uncontrollable. Nations appear chaotic.
Yet none of them are outside the sovereign hand of God.

The same Lord who formed the highest peaks…is not intimidated by the pressure before you.
The same Lord who commands the sea to be still…is not confused by cultural disorder, political unrest, or the fears that rise in the human heart.

This is not a call to shallow optimism. It is a call to rest in the God whose power is absolute…whose wisdom is perfect…and whose purposes cannot fail.

When circumstances roar, remember: God does not merely observe the storm. He rules it.

And through Jesus Christ, sinners who were once separated from God can be reconciled to Him—not by human achievement…but by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

The mountains stand because He formed them. The seas quiet because He commands them.

His people endure because He is faithful!

When Everything Else Feels Uncertain…

“And now, Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in You.”
Psalms 39:7
In a world that constantly pulls our attention toward outcomes, timelines, and expectations…this question brings us back to what truly matters.
When everything else feels uncertain, we are reminded that our hope cannot rest in people, plans, or circumstances… must rest in God alone.
David’s words reflect a moment of clarity, where he recognizes that nothing else can carry the weight of his expectation. We may find ourselves waiting on answers, direction, or change…but the deeper call is to anchor our hope in the One who never shifts.
When our hope is rooted in God, waiting does not weaken us. It steadies us. It teaches us trust…builds our faith…and keeps us focused on His faithfulness instead of our fears.
Let’s center our hearts on Him…knowing that He is more than enough for whatever we face!

A Final Tribute to a Great Man of God… that’s who he was
Rev. Anthony Paul Church, Sr., Co-Founder of One To One Family Christian Counseling, passed away on June 14, 2026. He was truly a great man of God. His greatness was not defined by titles or accomplishments alone, but by the way he lived his life every day. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, caring son, faithful brother, loyal friend, gifted teacher, trusted mentor, and exceptional coach. That's who he was.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a time to remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage and commitment created freedoms and opportunities many of us benefit from every day — both personally and professionally.

Grateful today and always for those who gave everything.

Fear Or Faith?

Fear is real — but for the believer, it is never ultimate. Scripture reminds us, "For GOD gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, ESV).
Fear enslaves…but faith in Christ sets free.

Faith looks beyond the immediate — beyond the storm, the uncertainty, the giants — and sees the sovereign hand of our Almighty GOD working all things for His glory and our good (Romans 8:28).

Fear tells you that you are alone; faith clings to the promise that "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5, ESV).

When the Israelites stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s armies closing in, fear screamed for surrender — but Moses declared, "Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD" (Exodus 14:13, ESV). And the LORD made a way where there was no way.

Let your faith — rooted not in yourself but in the finished work of Christ — silence every trembling fear. Fix your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember: in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).

Faith does not deny the existence of danger…it proclaims the supremacy of Christ over every danger.

Faith does not close its eyes to suffering…it opens its heart wider to the GOD who redeems even suffering for eternal joy.
Today, stand firm in the LORD.

Believe His Word more than you believe your fears.
Faith triumphs because Christ has triumphed!
“When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You.”
Psalms 56:3

SILENT SATURDAY: FINDING HOPE IN THE WAIT

Not many people pay much attention to Holy Saturday. Friday and Sunday get all the attention. There is limited biblical material on Saturday but many of our days feel like Silent Saturday: confusing, hopeless, silent.

Imagine hiding in a locked upper room all day “for fear of the Jews” (John 20:19). What trauma. Hopes dashed. Guilt for abandoning Jesus. Confusion. The disciples sat with their strong emotions. There was nothing left to do except join a dead messiah support group or find a new messiah. Remember, no one was saying, “Don’t worry! Something great is going to happen on Sunday. I can not wait!”

Silent Saturdays are hard.
Life is hard and exhausting.
Pain is real and struggles linger.
All hope can seem lost.

Silent Saturday reminds us to press on. Jesus is at work even when you can not see him. Most importantly, we remember Sunday is coming!
