Daily Bread - Eat The Fruit of Your Labor

YOU WILL EAT THE FRUIT OF YOUR LABOR; BLESSINGS
AND PROSPERITY WILL BE YOURS.
( PSALM 128:2 )

Dear Friends,
As we celebrate Labor Day, let us remember the words
of our Savior Jesus Christ, for He said: "COME TO ME, ALL YOU
WHO ARE WEARY AND BURDENED, AND I WILL GIVE
YOU REST. TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU AND LEARN
FROM ME, FOR I AM GENTLE AND HUMBLE IN HEART,
AND YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. FOR
MY YOKE IS EASY AND MY BURDEN IS LIGHT."
( MATTHEW 11:28-30 ) When we turn our life over
to Jesus Christ!

After all; THE ONE WHO PLANTS AND THE ONE
WHO WATERS HAVE ONE PURPOSE, AND EACH WILL
BE REWARDED ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN LABOR.
FOR WE ARE GOD'S CO-WORKERS IN GOD’S SERVICE;
YOU ARE GOD’S FIELD, GOD'S BUILDING.
( 1 CORINTHIANS 3:8-9 )

SO I COMMEND THE ENJOYMENT OF LIFE, BECAUSE
THERE IS NOTHING BETTER FOR A PERSON UNDER THE
SUN THAN TO EAT AND DRINK AND BE GLAD. THEN JOY
WILL ACCOMPANY HIM IN THEIR TOIL ALL THE DAYS OF
THE LIFE GOD HAS GIVEN THEM UNDER THE SUN.
( ECCLESIASTES 8:15 )

Therefore; WE ALWAYS THANK GOD FOR ALL OF YOU
AND CONTINUALLY MENTION YOU IN OUR PRAYERS.
WE REMEMBER BEFORE OUR GOD AND FATHER YOUR
WORK PRODUCED BY FAITH, YOUR LABOR PROMPTED
BY LOVE, AND YOUR ENDURANCE INSPIRED BY HOPE

Daily Bread - God's Love Endures Forever

THE LORD IS GOOD AND HIS LOVE ENDURES FOREVER;
HIS FAITHFULNESS CONTINUES THROUGH ALL
GENERATIONS.
( PSALM 100:5 )

Dear Friends,
When we try our very best to live by following God's
Commandments, we please our Heavenly Father. For; THE LORD
LOVES RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE;
and THE EARTH IS FULL OF HIS UNFAILING LOVE,
for His children that obey His Laws. ( PSALM 33:5 )

The Prophet Moses told us to; LOVE THE LORD YOUR
GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND WITH ALL YOUR
SOUL AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH. THESE
COMMANDMENTS THAT I GIVE YOU TODAY ARE TO
BE ON YOUR HEARTS. IMPRESS THEM ON YOUR
CHILDREN. TALK ABOUT THEM WHEN YOU SIT AT
HOME AND WHEN YOU WALK ALONG THE ROAD,
WHEN YOU LIE DOWN AND WHEN YOU GET UP.
( DEUTERONOMY 6:5-7 )

Now it is easy to Love God when we think about
how much He loves us, and all that He has done for us.
Therefore, let us; GIVE THANKS, TO THE LORD, FOR HE
IS GOOD: HIS LOVE ENDURES FOREVER!

OUR MOUTHS WERE FILLED WITH LAUGHTER, OUR
TONGUES WITH SONGS OF JOY. THEN IT WAS SAID
AMONG THE NATIONS, "THE LORD HAS DONE GREAT
THINGS FOR THEM."

Dear Friends,
Today we will take a humorous look at some questions &
answers relating to events written in the Bible. I hope it will
get your day started with a good laugh or two.

Q. What do they call pastors in Germany?

A. German Shepherds.

Q. Who was the greatest financier in the Bible?

A. Noah. He was floating his stock while everyone
else was in liquidation.

Daily Bread - Be Prosperous

IT IS EASIER FOR A CAMEL TO GO THROUGH THE EYE
OF A NEEDLE THAN FOR A RICH MAN TO ENTER THE
KINGDOM OF GOD.
( MARK 10:25 )

Dear Friends,
This verse has been misunderstood by many people
throughout history. Many even falsely believe that being
successful is a sin. Well, they could not be further from
the truth, for it is written; BELOVED, I PRAY THAT YOU MAY
PROSPER IN ALL THINGS AND BE IN HEALTH, JUST
AS YOUR SOUL PROSPERS. ( 3 JOHN 2 )

Now Friends, what Jesus was referring to in the top
verse was a person who loved their money more than they
loved their Heavenly Father. For you see in Jesus' time,
just as today, many people were very unscrupulous, and
their money came from ill-gotten gain! After all it is written; THE LOVE
OF MONEY IS A ROOT OF ALL KINDS OF EVIL, FOR WHICAt
SOME HAVE STRAYED FROM THE FAITH IN THEIR
GREEDINESS, AND PIERCED THEMSELVES THROUGH
WITH MANY SORROWS. ( 1 TIMOTHY 6:10 )

The other thing people often do not understand in the
opening verse is the "Eye of a Needle" and what it means.
In Jesus' time all villages were surrounded by a wall for
protection from their enemies. So, each village had a main
gate that was open only in the daytime, and a small side
gate for night entry. This small gate was called the "needle,"
and was very small.

Now those with stolen goods would try to sneak them
into town at night through that small gate. One problem
they had was a camel could not walk through this small
gate with a full load on its back, so the load often had to
be removed. Then the poor camel would still have to walk
on its knees to enter through the gate. Not an easy task
to say the least, especially for the poor camel! at least this
Is tradition we here of about these smaller gates. Now, if
God wanted too, He could actually put a camel through the
eye of a sewing needle. For with God ALL things are
possible.

So, Friends, know in your heart that as long as you keep
God Number One in your life, you may prosper, and be
successful on Earth and still enter the Kingdom of God as
well! For it is written; ”MAY THEY PROSPER WHO LOVE YOU.
PEACE BE WITHIN YOUR WALLS, PROSPERITY WITHIN
YOUR PALACES!” Amen ( PSALM 122:6-7 )

Daily Bread - Belief Without Seeing

JESUS SAID TO HIM, "THOMAS, BECAUSE YOU HAVE
SEEN ME, YOU HAVE BELIEVED. BLESSED ARE THOSE
WHO HAVE NOT SEEN AND YET HAVE BELIEVED."
( JOHN 20:29 )

Dear Friends,
Not seeing and still believing is what being a true
Christian is all about. FOR WE WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT.
( 2 CORINTHIANS 5:7 )

Now walking by faith Friends, is believing with all of your
heart, mind and soul that God will Guide you and Protect
you. Also believing that He is there to Comfort, Bless and
Love you, and knowing that He is here performing Miracles
all over the Earth each and every day!

Further, by believing that if you ask God to take control
of your life and will, your life will vastly improve! It is also
by seeing the beauty that surrounds us in this World, and
how perfectly everything works together, and knowing that
all of this could not have happened by accident! For BY FAITH WE
UNDERSTAND THAT THE WORLDS WERE FRAMED BY
THE WORD OF GOD, SO THAT THE THINGS WHICH
ARE SEEN WERE NOT MADE OF THINGS WHICH ARE
VISIBLE. ( HEBREWS 11:3 )

So, Friends, don't ever be like doubting Thomas, instead
know that God is watching over you right know! Now
have a Wonderful day knowing that you are in good hands
indeed! Amen!

Daily Bread - When You... Call On The Lord

GOD HAS SAID, "NEVER WILL I LEAVE YOU; NEVER WILL
I FORSAKE YOU."
( HEBREWS 13:5 )

Dear Friends,
Now that is a promise from our Heavenly Father! After all
He is always with us no matter what may happen!

Therefore, WHEN YOU face adversity; GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND
STRENGTH, AN EVER-PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE.
( PSALM 46:1 )

WHEN YOU are afraid, why not do what King David did, for
he stated; "I SOUGHT THE LORD, AND HE ANSWERED ME;
HE DELIVERED ME FROM ALL MY FEARS."
( PSALM 34:4 )

WHEN YOU mourn it is written; BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO
MOURN, FOR THEY SHALL BE COMFORTED.
( MATTHEW 5:4 )

WHEN YOU are worried; CAST ALL YOUR ANXIETY ON HIM
BECAUSE HE CARES FOR YOU. ( 1 PETER 5:7 )

WHEN YOU are feeling low; HUMBLE YOURSELVES BEFORE
THE LORD, AND HE WILL LIFT YOU UP.
( JAMES 4:10 )

Also always remember, Friends, that it is written; I CAN DO ALL
THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME.
( PHILIPPIANS 4:13 ) Because; YOU, DEAR CHILDREN,
ARE FROM GOD AND HAVE OVERCOME THEM,
BECAUSE THE ONE WHO IS IN YOU IS GREATER
THAN THE ONE WHO IS IN THE WORLD.
( 1 JOHN 4:4 )

So; DO NOT BE TERRIFIED; DO NOT BE
DISCOURAGED, FOR THE LORD YOUR GOD WILL BE
WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO. Amen!

Daily Bread - Angels

DO NOT FORGET TO ENTERTAIN STRANGERS, FOR BY

WITHOUT KNOWING IT.

Dear Friends,

One of the functions of angels is to watch over
God's Children

here on Earth. For it is written; HE WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS

CONCERNING YOU TO GUARD YOU IN ALL YOUR WAYS.

( PSALM 91:11 ) After all; ARE NOT ALL ANGELS

MINISTERING SPIRITS SENT TO SERVE THOSE WHO WILL

INHERIT SALVATION? They sure are! ( HEBREWS 1:14 )

Now let me ask you this, have you ever met an
angel? Well,

I bet you have! An angel doesn't have to be a spiritual being,

sometimes they are human beings just like you and me. Although
they are most definitely those who are spiritual from the Heavenly
Realms as well.

Further, when you think about it, we all have
encountered

another person who has been just like an angel to us. A person

who has reached out to help, comfort and guide us in times of

need. The World is full of these human angels! I'll
even bet that

someone has even called you an angel at one time or another!

So, Friends the next time you encounter a person
in

need, reach out and be an angel to them! For it is written; I TELL

YOU THE TRUTH, WHATEVER YOU DID FOR ONE OF

THE LEAST OF THESE BROTHERS OF MINE, YOU

DID FOR ME. Amen. ( MATTHEW 25:40 )

In closing, may; THE LORD BLESS YOU AND KEEP
YOU

THE LORD MAKE HIS FACE SHINE UPON YOU AND BE

GRACIOUS TO YOU; THE LORD TURN HIS FACE TOWARD

Daily Bread - God Loves His Children

HE TENDS HIS FLOCK LIKE A SHEPHERD: HE GATHERS
THE LAMBS IN HIS ARMS AND CARRIES THEM CLOSE
TO HIS HEART; HE GENTLY LEADS THOSE THAT HAVE
YOUNG.
( ISAIAH 40:11 )

Dear Friends,
There is no other love that compares to the love of our Lord,
for His Children. FOR AS HIGH AS THE HEAVENS ARE ABOVE
THE EARTH, SO GREAT IS HIS LOVE FOR THOSE WHO
FEAR* HIM. ( PSALM 103:11 )
[ *Fear means Revere ]

He is our strength in time of need, and just as King David
said; "THE LORD IS THE STRENGTH OF HIS PEOPLE, A
FORTRESS OF SALVATION FOR HIS ANOINTED ONE."
( PSALM 28:8 )

He comforts us and guides us through any adversity. For HE HEALS THE BROKEN HEARTED AND BINDS UP THEIR WOUNDS.
( PSALM 147:3 )

He offers us forgiveness for all of our sins, for it is written, ALL THE PROPHETS TESTIFY ABOUT HIM THAT EVERYONE WHO
BELIEVES IN HIM RECEIVES FORGIVENESS OF SINS
THROUGH HIS NAME. ( ACTS 10:43 )

Best of all, He offers us Eternal Life; FOR GOD SO LOVED THE
WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SON, THAT
WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT
HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. ( JOHN 3:16 )

So, Friends, know that you are in loving hands, when the
GOOD SHEPHERD is in charge of your life! FOR THE LORD YOUR
GOD GOES WITH YOU; HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR
FORSAKE YOU. ( DEUTERONOMY 31:6 )

Now have a wonderful day Friends, and MAY THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND THE LOVE OF GOD, AND THE

Daily Bread - Open the Door

BEHOLD, I STAND AT THE DOOR AND KNOCK. IF ANYONE
HEARS MY VOICE AND OPENS THE DOOR, I WILL COME IN
TO HIM AND DINE WITH HIM, AND HE WITH ME.
( REVELATION 3:20 )

Dear Friends,
Jesus is knocking on the door of our heart every time
that we feel moved to go to Church, or to study the Word
of God etc. For when Jesus knocks we automatically
sense that we should turn to Him.

Now when we open the door of our hearts to Him, He
promises, I WILL GIVE YOU A NEW HEART AND PUT MY
SPIRIT WITHIN YOU; I WILL TAKE THE HEART OF STONE
OUT OF YOUR FLESH, AND GIVE YOU A HEART OF FLESH.
( EZEKIEL 36:26 )

So, Friends, don't let problems stop you from opening the
door of your heart all the way and always keep it open!
For then you will never miss Jesus when He knocks: AND LET THE
PEACE OF GOD RULE IN YOUR HEARTS, TO WHICH ALSO
YOU WERE CALLED IN ONE BODY; AND BE THANKFUL.
( COLOSSIANS 3:15 )

Now in closing may: THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST,
AND THE LOVE OF GOD, AND THE COMMUNION OF THE
HOLY SPIRIT BE WITH YOU my friends! Amen.
