You've prayed.

You've waited.

You've watched some doors open—and wondered why others stayed closed.

You've lived through things that only made sense when you looked backward.

But perhaps there's another question we need to ask:

What if God is preparing YOU?

Tomorrow we launch our new sermon series:

Romans 8:19–30

Before you ask again, “Why isn't this happening?” perhaps it's time to ask:
“God, what are You preparing me for?”

And deeper still:
“God, who are You preparing me to be?”

A NEW SERMON SERIES BEGINS THIS SUNDAY AT OPEN DOOR SANCTUARY!

FORMED: Becoming the People Christ Is Making

Who is Christ forming you to become—and how do you faithfully participate in what He is doing in you?

Sometimes we spend so much time asking God to change our circumstances that we miss what God may be changing within us.
The waiting.
The closed doors.
The unexpected turns.
The prayers that weren't answered the way we expected.
The seasons we still don't completely understand.
What if God isn't finished?
What if, even now, He's preparing you?

This Sunday, we begin an eight-week journey exploring who we are in Christ, how Christ forms us, how we discern His will, how we recognize and develop our gifts, and how those gifts are released in service to His Church and His world.
