Bio: Devon Carter.
Greetings fellow Artist! My name is Devon Carter and I’m a Philadelphian Artist, I have been practicing art since 1990’s. I enjoy drawing landscapes and seeing new artists come to my life and making them feel special in their own unique style of painting. I am extremely happy to be part of this amazing community! Let’s get to work together and make art together!
