South Side Mission's Main Office and Thrift Stores will be closed Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. Our Thrift Stores will re-open Saturday, June 20th at 9AM.

Our Main Office will re-open Monday, June 22nd at 8AM.

Due to the severe thunderstorms last night, South Side Mission is without power. Because of this, we will be closed all day today.

There will be no After School Program or Soup Kitchen today, 6/12.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Camp Kearney is still looking to fill two temporary summer positions. Both positions will be from June 8th- July 24th.


Health and Wellness Specialist:
Assist campers with daily medication distribution, handling camper/staff bumps & bruises, upset stomachs, and supporting an occasional homesick camper

Children Education Leader:
Lead two 45-minute chapels on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays, prepare four nightly devotions for each camp counselor to lead each night with their cabin, as well as general help to the operation of the daily summer camp program and camper support
