IMPORTANT HILLCREST UPDATE:

Due to the approaching storm, Hillcrest church offices will close today (Thursday) at noon. Additionally, all Friday and Saturday activities have been canceled.

We will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates regarding Sunday activities throughout the weekend. Please stay connected through our social media channels, text messages, and emails for the latest information.

We are praying for you, your families, and our entire community. Please know that your Hillcrest family stands ready to serve and assist as needs arise.

UPDATE AS OF THURS, SEPT 10:

We are back with another way to serve - we are seeking a few more volunteers to serve as access buddies!

Did you know that Hillcrest Kids to striving to be accessible to ALL children regardless of special needs or accommodations? While that process is in the works, the first step is making sure every child is supported in their time in KidMin - that's where you come in!!

We are looking for volunteers to serve as one-on-one buddies WEEKLY or every-other week. Consistency is key for building relationships as well as familiarity, so being available to serve consistently is essential to this role. What does a buddy do? You will be placed in a classroom to assist any of our access kiddos as needed - some may just need a little assistance with the activity, others may benefit from a break in the access room, some may just need a familiar face to be with them throughout their morning!

All volunteers will be asked to fill out an application, complete a background check AND will be required to attend a leader training this Fall.
