Hey parents and students!
Quick update for our LAST Side Quest Summer!

We originally planned to go to Escape This in Gautier, but we had more students sign up than they have spots available.

So instead, we’re bringing the Escape Room to us! 🔐 We’re going to turn our youth space into our own Escape Room Challenge so everyone can be included.

No need to bring any money!
Sorry for the change of plans, but I think this will be a really fun way to finish out Side Quest Summer!

Wednesday at 6 PM — come ready to ESCAPE!

Side Quest Summer – Tomorrow at 6 PM
We’re having our annual Co****le Competition!

Next Week – Escape Room
We’ll start sign-ups tomorrow for next week’s Side Quest Escape Room.

ONE DAY – March 19
Sign-ups are starting for ONE DAY. Youth groups from across Jackson County will spend the day serving through different mission projects, then come together that night for a county-wide worship rally.

Super Summer
If you’re planning to go to Super Summer next year, I need your contract turned in ASAP.

Just a couple of reminders for this week:
📍 Side Quest Summer is tomorrow at 6:00 PM at the church! Wednesday night meals are starting back this week, so be sure to come early and grab dinner before we kick things off. We'll be playing 9 Square in the Air in the Multipurpose Room, so invite a friend and come ready for a great night!
🏕️ Super Summer Interest Meeting will be this Sunday immediately after morning worship in the Multipurpose Room. If you're interested in attending Super Summer next year, or if you'd like to learn more, make plans to join us!
We can't wait to see everyone this week!

📣 **F1rstStudents Weekly Update!**

Hey parents and students! Here are a few important reminders about what's coming up:

🏓 **Side Quest Summer – This Wednesday!**
Join us at **Lighthouse Park** for an evening of **pickleball**! We'll get started at **6:00 PM**, so bring a friend and come ready for some fun!

🏀 **Jesus Jam – This Saturday!**
Our **2v2 Basketball Tournament** is happening **Saturday, August 1**, from **4:00–7:00 PM** at the **Pascagoula Rec Center** (2935 Pascagoula St., Pascagoula, MS 39567). Invite your friends and come enjoy an afternoon of basketball, fun, and community!

☀️ **Super Summer Interest Meeting**
If you're interested in attending **Super Summer 2027**, we'll have an **interest meeting on Sunday, August 9**, immediately following **morning worship**. Parents and students are encouraged to attend to learn more and ask questions.

📣 F1rstStudents Weekly Update 📣

Hey F1rstStudents and Parents!

Here are a few important updates for the next couple of weeks:

🎲 Side Quest Summer – Tomorrow Night
Due to the forecast of rain and the possibility of tropical storm weather, Side Quest Summer is pivoting from Kickball to a Board Game Night! We'll be staying indoors and still having a great time together.

As of now, we are still planning to meet, but I will keep a close eye on the weather. If conditions require us to cancel services, I will notify everyone as soon as possible.

🏀 Jesus Jam – August 1
Mark your calendars for Jesus Jam on Friday, August 1, from 4:00–7:00 PM! Location is TBA, so stay tuned for more details.

📖 New Members Class
If you or your student are interested in learning more about our church, I highly encourage you to attend our New Members Class on August 2, 9, and 16.

This class covers:

What it means to be a Southern Baptist
How our church functions
Our theological beliefs
Church membership and ministry opportunities
And much more!

Even if you're not sure about joining the church, it's a great opportunity to learn and ask questions.

☀️ Super Summer 2027 Interest Meeting
Students who will be completing 8th grade during the upcoming school year are invited to attend our Super Summer Interest Meeting immediately following morning worship on August 9.

Come learn what Super Summer is all about, what the commitment looks like, and how you can begin preparing for Super Summer 2027.

We can't wait to see everyone soon! Thank you for being flexible with the weather, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
