There are nearly 150 MILLION orphans in the world today with no family to care for them, and at least 35,000 children under the age of five die every day due to malnutrition or starvation! The Bible mentions at least 60 scriptures regarding orphans, the fatherless, or adoption. One of those being, Psalm 68: 5&6...A Father to the fatherless, a defender of widows IS God in His holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families.

Starfish Orphan Ministry needs your help! We have had a significant rise in numbers of families coming to us for assistance. We are particularly in need of underwear and diapers for babies. If you can order some from our Amazon wishlist, it would help so much, or if you want to use the list to see examples of what we need, you can buy local and drop it off. Starfish Orphan Ministry is out of diapers in sizes 5,6, and 7, and wipes! also out of Underwear in boys 10-12 and 2, 3, & 4. In Girls we are out of size 5. @
