GOD CARES ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH JUST AS MUCH AS YOUR SPIRITUAL HEALTH 💚

“I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” — 3 John 1:2

Your mind matters to Him.
He’s not only concerned with your eternity—He cares about your everyday.

YOUR DIAGNOSIS DOESN'T DEFINE YOU - YOUR PURPOSE STILL STANDS 💚

“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

What you’ve been diagnosed with is part of your story, not your identity. Your life still carries meaning and calling. God has plans for you - a future filled with hope!

REST IS NOT A REWARD—IT’S A NECESSITY 💚

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

You don’t have to earn the right to slow down. Rest is part of staying healthy, not something you get after burnout.

HEALING YOUR MIND IS PART OF HEALING YOUR LIFE 💚

"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2

The inward transformation that happens when God renews your mind produces an outward change in your behavior, relationships and life. If you want to see positive changes in your life as a whole, healing your mind is a great place to start!

YOU CAN LOVE JESUS & STILL STRUGGLE MENTALLY 💚

“My soul is very sorrowful, even to death; remain here, and watch with me.” Matthew 26:38

Even Jesus expresses intense mental anguish in the Garden of Gethsemane before his crucifixion, stating his soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death.
Struggling mentally doesn't mean you don't have enough faith in God.
Struggling mentally doesn't mean you don't love Jesus.
Struggling mentally means you're human - like Jesus was when he walked this earth.
