We are planning for our upcoming Venture River trip for the k-5th grade. Below you will find some important information and a link to sign your kid up for this trip.
Please read all information before you fill out the form.

Your child must be currently going into kindergarten-5th grade to attend.

Your child must be an active member of Kids in Christ (Wednesday night program) currently to attend

You will need to fill out the form by Friday, June 5th to make sure we have ample transportation and tickets for each child

VBS "Illumination Station" July 13-15 from 5:30-7:30. VBS is for students in preschool through completed 5th grade. You will register your child based on what grade they were in during the 2025-2026 school year. Dinner will be provided for the students each night.

It’s that time of year!!!

We are planning some fun things for our kids, but we need the help! The kids will be hosting a car wash on Saturday, June 6th. A $5 donation is appreciated for the wash. All the money will go to the summer plans of a venture River trip for the kindergarten through 5th grade and anything raised above that amount will go to help with the youth retreat!

Please help spread the word and get the kids a fun and memorable summer!!

Order will be finalized tomorrow!

There is still 1 chance to pre-order one of our shirts. These shirts are offered to everyone! You don’t have to be one of our kids. Any person, parent, child no matter who is welcome to order our new shirt.

There is a very small profit margin per shirt, any money that we receive from the shirts will go directly to help with food for our summer plans! And we have big plans!!!

You can Venmo or PayPal for the shirt. But deadline is noon tomorrow.

Tonight was awards night for our kiddos at Salt & Light Community Church. I love being able to celebrate them. They have all grown so much through the year.
We are taking a week off but will be back at it the following Wednesday.

Thank you to all the parents who allow your kids to come with us every week and thank you to the helpers that make it all possible!

This Wednesday will be awards ceremony for our children. Parents are invited to come at 6:15 to the ceremony if they would like.

This will also be the “end of the year”. The children that are moving classes will age up after this week. We will take a break next Wednesday the 27th and return for summer sessions on the following week.

This Sunday morning 4 of our youth will be baptized after making the decision to follow Christ.

Tonight for dinner is… pizza! Starts at 5:30. Kindergarten through 12th grade!!

Tomorrow we will celebrate our Risen Savior at 10am.

After service we will have an egg hunt for all ages no matter what the weather.

We have decided to throw a New Year’s Celebration for our kids and youth groups!

Wednesday, Dec 31st we will have 2 separate events.

5-6:30PM - The kids group (kindergarten to 5th grade) pizza and games for all.

7PM - 10PM - The Youth (6th grade and up)
Snacks, activities, and a Lesson to start the new year with.

Both groups will toast in the new year at then end of the time and we welcome friends for this event.
