St. Andrew's Church of Oxford, MS St. Andrew's, "the church that cares," was founded in June 1962. Most recently, in the fall of 2024, St. Come visit this Sunday at 10am!

Andrew's joined the Global Methodist Church, making disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly. Andrew's is a warm and caring church for those who want to worship in a more traditional way (hymnals, choir, piano, organ, communion liturgy).

A huge shout out of thanks to everyone who volunteered at The Pantry through August. All who donated food and each of our volunteers served as the hands and feet of Jesus providing for individuals and families in Lafayette Co who face food insecurity.
St. Andrew's August 2026 Pantry volunteers: Sam Aldridge, Shelia Barnett, Nancy Callahan, Hollis Crowder, Pamela Crowder, Pat Lincoln, Wanell McCoy, Linda Scott, Tom Scott, Beverly Turner, Mike Windham, and Michael Youngblood. Many more unknown people donated food. Thank you, everyone!!

"Building a firm foundation in Christ for our lives," (Matt. 7:24) was the focus of Children's Church last Sunday at St. Andrew's. Children's Church is a special time for children ages 3 thru 5th grade during the "big church" sermon. Children's Church is guided by "Ms Vicki." Watching the children enthusiastically run to join Children's Church twice each month is a precious site.

Shout out this week to St. Andrew's "Men at Work" at The Pantry. We're surely thankful for our guys who do the heavy lifting, plus Michael Youngblood does the hot work each week taking groceries to Pantry clients' cars. Thank you to Sammy Aldridge, Hollis Crowder, Tom Scott, Mike Windham, and Michael Youngblood for volunteering at The Pantry.
