St John Youth and Family - Owatonna

Our travelers arrived safely back to St John Friday evening around 6pm with big smiles, great memories, and only slightly melted from the South Dakota desert prairie heat!

A special thank you to Pastor Dave, Ruth, and Jeanne for spending time with our youth and facilitating another successful, faith fostering trip to Klein Ranch.

It is truly a gift to have a church family like ours 🙏🥰

Annnd they are off! 16 of the St John Youth along with Pastor Dave, Ruth, and Jeanne are making their way to Isabel, SD to spend the week at Klein Ranch. Prayers for a safe journey and an amazing time. Thank you to all those who’ve made this trip possible!

So much to celebrate today! After lots of hard work, The Little Library was put in place and stocked today. Thank you to the Common Ground group, Jessi Karlen, Sam and Adam Arndt, and Pete Hines for the wonderful idea and project completion! We also celebrated all the amazing Moms and caretakers with handmade forever flowers from the Common Ground group. It was the last day of Sunday School for the school year, so the Kona Ice truck brought us all yummy treats. And finally, the kids sang a beautiful medley of songs at our 10:30 service where we were able to thank Jim Hoffman for all the wonderful years of service he has dedicated to our Youth Music Program! A very full and blessed day!!!
