What a Sunday!!

We studied out of Acts 26 and 28, learning about how Paul was shipwrecked on the island of Malta. We were reminded to not give up on God when bad things happen.

We started out our Sunday by welcoming our summer resident, Camden to First Kids! This was the last Sunday our 5th graders spend time in First Kids AS First Kids. We spent time praying a prayer of blessing over them, and celebrated everything that God has done through them. 🎉

It was also ice cream Sunday, but we didn’t need a reason to have ice cream for breakfast.

Join us tomorrow as we worship, learn, and celebrate who God is!

Our Kidfest point challenge is heading for week two! Make sure you stop and get points for your color team before Kidfest even starts!!

Every time your child walks through First Kids, they learn more and more about how to love God by loving God’s Word.

Every Sunday and during the Midweek season, kids interact with scripture by reading scripture, making observations about God’s heart and God’s people, learn ways that they apply God’s Word to their lives, and end by loving God’s heart through prayer.

We call it soap:

Prayer

Because a child who knows how to meet God in His Word will never stop growing.
