Beginning this Elul, during a time of renewal, we are introducing a new service for the Women of KI.

Historically, Rosh Chodesh has long been associated with the feminine aspects of the Divine, and we hope to embrace these traditions to enrich and cultivate the spiritual lives of the women in our community.

We invite women to come and find a place of deep connection and resonance during these new services led by a group of our KI women, to commence this new journey we will embark on together.

Join us August 9 at 10:00 AM in the chapel following sharachit services to begin.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming Tisha B’Av Community Movie Screening of Among Neighbors (2024) on Thursday, July 23rd at 6PM, in partnership with Midwest Center for Holocaust Education and The Temple Congregation Bnai Jehudah.

Following the film will be a moderated discussion panel featuring Rabbis Rachel Rothstein & Moshe Grussgott, and MCHE’s Dr. Shelly Cline. This event is free of cost and open to the entire Jewish community.

We invite our fellow Jewish community members across the spectrums of Jewish experience to unite together in this meaningful commemoration of Tisha B’Av. Security will be provided and RSVPs are required for our security list. Please sign up at kisyn.eventsmart.com/tisha-bav
