At the Annunciation, the Holy Spirit came upon Mary and Jesus was conceived in her womb. At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came upon Mary again as the Church was born.

These moments reveal a beautiful truth: through the Holy Spirit and Mary’s faithful yes, Christ came into the world. And through that same Spirit, Christ continues to be formed in us today.

May we open our hearts to God as completely as Mary did.
