Wellspring Life Church

Wellspring Life Church As a church, we aspire to be passionate worshippers of God, and to strive to advance the Kingdom. This is the first and greatest commandment. (Matthew 22:37-39)

The heart values and practices of Wellspring Life Church include an emphasis on worship, the Bible taught as God's Word and our standard, small groups, and effective equipping of the saints to do the ministry of Christ: a ministry of sharing the good news, bringing healing to the sick and broken, caring for the poor and needy, and setting the captives free. We have a desire to truly know God and t

o serve Him with all of our hearts. We believe that our relationship with God must be relevant, practical and powerful if it is going to affect our lives and the lives of others. In its most basic form, a church is a group of people who gather together to learn about God and to share His love with others. That's what Jesus boiled it down to when he was asked what were the most important things to do in life: " Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself."

The Joy of the Lord
You are Jesus’s joy. Did you know that you can be joyful everyday regardless of what you’re going through or how you’re feeling? The choice is yours. “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.” - John 15:11
What are these things? Look up John 15 and read what comes before Jesus’s words. If you want joy to remain, choose it. Do not let the enemy steal your joy. I want my joy to be full, how about you? M&C

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.”

—COLOSSIANS 3:23–24

26/05/25 Trust Beyond Understanding
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” - Proverbs 3:5
There are moments when we cannot see how things will come together. Trust asks us to rest in God’s wisdom rather than our own perspective.
As we prepare for the work week ahead, we remember that clarity is not a requirement for trust. Faith chooses confidence even when the picture is incomplete.
Reflection: Where are you seeking understanding more than trust?
Action Step: Surrender your need for answers and reaffirm your trust in God. (Written by a brother in Christ). Blessings - M&C

Strength for the Journey
“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9
Perseverance does not mean we never feel weak. It means we continue trusting God in the weakness. His grace meets us precisely where we feel stretched thin.
Some seasons require endurance more than excitement. And in those seasons, God is not distant. He is supplying strength we could not generate on our own.
This journey of faith is not about self-sufficiency. It is about reliance. When we admit our need, His power steadies us.
Reflection: Where do you feel stretched right now?
Action Step: Invite God into that place of weakness and receive His strength. (Written by a brother in Christ). Blessings - M&C
