Our annual banquet will be taking place tomorrow evening at 4pm! Please plan to join us for dinner and a silent auction; admission is $10 or a pound of yarn per person. Sgt Palmer from San Juan County Jail will be sharing testimonies from some of the inmates who crochet for the ministry. We hope to see you there!

We are pleased to announce the second annual Healing Threads Ministries banquet! Please plan to join us on Saturday, November 1st for an evening of dinner and a silent auction, where we will have many beautiful hand-crafted crochet projects up for auction. We will be hearing from a Seargeant from one of the ministry's participating jails speak on the impact that HTMs has made on the inmates who crochet for the ministry. We hope to see you there!

If you are still interested in helping, please see the list below for clothing needs and sizes. Let us know if you plan to purchase any of these items; we want to have this "Box of Hope" put together for Keenan by Friday, August 22nd.

Healing Threads Ministries is preparing a "Box of Hope" to support a man named Keenen upon his release. We are gathering clothing and hygiene items to help him start fresh. If you would like to contribute, we are specifically in need of:

Dove Body Wash - purchased
Toothbrush and Toothpaste - purchased
Razor and Shaving Cream - purchased
Deodorant - purchased
L Boxers
XL T-Shirts
Size 12 Shoes or Boots (good for walking long distances)
Socks - purchased
36x34 Pants

It is our biggest joy to not only walk with a man through his prison sentence and ensure he has a Bible while incarcerated, but also to make sure that he has a community behind him—one that will support, hold him accountable, and disciple him to walk with Jesus in this new life.

**This item has been purchased** A special request Keenen has asked for is the "Conquer Can" set, which he intends to begin teaching inside the halfway house where he will be paroling. It is an incredible tool for helping to combat addiction to po*******hy and lust.
