The first days of preschool have been full of excitement, giggles, and fun! 🎒Backpacks were packed, little feet filled the halls, and new friendships began. Even our new Executive Pastor, John Carey, joined in on the fun! 😊

We are so blessed with incredible teachers who help guide our little ones through their very first school experiences. We’re looking forward to an amazing year filled with learning, growing, and lots of joy!

Heads up First Pres Family and those who were planning on attending the Jupiter Church Plant gathering tomorrow, August 19th: Tomorrow’s interest meeting for The Way Church is postponed.

One of our core team members is currently facing a medical challenge, and we feel it’s best to wait for our entire core team to be in place for this special gathering.

We’ll share a new meeting date soon and would appreciate your prayers for healing in the meantime. We’re grateful for your understanding, support, and continued excitement about what God is building in Jupiter.

More details on the rescheduled meeting will be coming soon.

What does hospitality mean to Christians?

This week, we continued our Rhythms of Grace series, exploring the practices that shape the Christian faith. On Sunday, Pastor Jared delivered a compelling and thought-provoking message on the practice of hospitality, looking at its roots in the Christian faith, what it meant during the life of Jesus, and what it means for us today.

How can revive the practice of hospitality today? How can we welcome both neighbors and strangers to our tables and love others as Christ loves us?

As Pastor Jared put it: “I am of the deep conviction that Christians should throw the very best parties.”

FPC SUMMER SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP!

After a summer of big hits, questionable calls, plenty of rain delays, and an impressive number of adult injuries… it all comes down to THIS. Join us THIS SUNDAY, August 9, for our final night of Summer Softball as we crown our champions!

Games begin at 5:00 PM at the Lake Catherine Softball Fields, and we’re making a whole evening of it:

🌭 Hot dogs on the grill
🍦 Ice cream truck
🏰 Bounce houses for the kids
🏆 Championship awards after the games
⚾️ One final opportunity to pull a hamstring in the name of church league glory

Come cheer on your church family, enjoy some food, let the kids have some fun, and celebrate a great summer together. Will there be rain? Will there be injuries? Will there be questionable umpire calls? Only one way to find out.

Bring the family, bring a chair, and come see who takes home the trophy!
