Northside Baptist Church

Northside Baptist Church Our Mission is to Minister God's Mercy in Our World by Sharing Christ Under the Authority of God's Word and By the Power of His Spirit (Acts 2:42, 47)

We believe it is God’s design to build His church as a family composed of many different kinds of people gathered together by the same Gospel. Our church is one where you will find church members being encouraged to be discipled and to disciple others as Christ has commissioned. You will hear songs which have been sung for hundreds of years and songs which have been created in the last twenty year

s. We aim to worship with songs that are theologically rich and accurate, seeking to facilitate praise that honors God and encourages all of our members and visitors to sing. Our teaching and preaching is expositional. By this we mean that we seek to make the point of the given passage of scripture the point of the sermon. This usually means that we are preaching passage by passage through a book of the bible. We believe this protects the church from preaching which might try to avoid certain topics in the bible, instead we try to preach and teach the full counsel of God so that our members are being fully equipped for the ministry. We endeavor to be a loving and welcoming church that displays the love of Christ through the ministry of the Word, the fellowship of believers, and a hospitable spirit. Pastors/Elders: Tommy, Mark, Dennis, and Alexander
