🙏 Pastor’s Prayer Post — Every Tuesday

Is there a burden on your heart today?

Maybe you’re facing a difficult situation. Maybe someone you love has a physical need, a spiritual need, or is simply going through a hard season. Perhaps there is something you have been praying about and would appreciate someone joining you in prayer.

We would be honored to pray for you.

Each Tuesday, we will gather the prayer requests that have been shared with us and personally bring them before the Lord in prayer.

You are welcome to leave your prayer request in the comments below, or if your request is personal, send us a private message. You do not have to share all the details—the Lord already knows the need.

And if you see someone else's request in the comments, would you take a moment and pray for them too? ❤️

It was a delightfully competitive month, with a close race right down to the finish—but Mrs. Tricia held on to her narrow lead and claimed the win!

Sometimes life gets busy. Sometimes it gets heavy. And sometimes, without even realizing it, we find ourselves longing for a little peace, hope, and purpose.

That’s one of the reasons we’re thankful for church.
At Slater Road Baptist Church, we’re simply a family of people who gather to worship the Lord, hear His Word, pray together, and encourage one another along the way.

Maybe it’s been a long time since you’ve been to church. Maybe you’ve never really had a church home. Or maybe you’re simply looking for a place where you can belong.
