Where do you turn for help when you need it? Let's always remember to go to God first and let Him direct us to the proper help. In Psalms 121:2 the Psalmist declared, "I look up to the mountains and hills, longing for God’s help. But then I realize that our true help and protection is only from the Lord, our Creator who made the heavens and the earth." He can provide help for every situation if we seek Him and listen. Good Morning Church Family and Friends,
Have you examined the kind of fruit your life is producing lately? Galatians 5:22-23 tells us that a life that is rooted in God should be producing "divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit." This kind of fruit blesses other people and gives them hope and is only produced by spending time with Jesus. Are you building others up, or are you constant complaining and criticizing those you don't agree with? Jesus said people would know we belong to Him by the kind of fruit we would be producing. I pray that you have a fruitful day and people look forward to spending time with you because you make them feel better, and you have a safe and blessed day!

Good Morning My Friends and Church Family,
We were walking on the beach last evening at sunset and the sand felt pretty secure under our feet. But it only takes one wave flowing over the sand and anything standing on it can get quickly swept away. In a similar way, our lives can seem pretty secure one minute and a storm can come along and knock us off our feet. That's why a decision to put our lives into God's hands is important. Psalm 18:2 offers us hope, "The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." When we make the Lord our rock, our fortress, and our salvation we can withstand the storms. I pray that you have a safe and blessed day as you rest on Jesus, our solid rock!

Good Morning Church Family,
I need to take today's verse more seriously. It's Matthew 6:34 where Jesus said, "Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.” One thing that was mentioned is to worship instead of worry. This time of spending time with God gives me a chance to cast all my anxiety on Him and worship Him as the one who is willing and able to take care of those things that are causing my anxiety.
