Welcome to Congregation Ahavat Olam
Congregation Ahavat Olam, a new non-affiliated Jewish house of worship opens to the Merrimack Valley and surrounding community. The members of Congregation Ahavat Olam "Share one Judaism, one God, one Torah, and one Family.”

Congregation Ahavat Olam is led by Rabbi Idan Irelander, a beloved spiritual leader, and multi-talented musician. “Congregation Ahavat Ola

m is a place where individuals and families will find a home filled with the spirit of “Eternal Love” (in Hebrew “Ahavat Olam),” says Rabbi Idan. The very definition of Ahavat Olam is Everlasting Love, but also a prayer that acknowledges God’s timeless love toward Israel and all people. Ahavat Olam is a phrase that calls us to action, to love all humankind, and this fully captures the vision, practice, and essence of Congregation Ahavat Olam. Our name, Congregation Ahavat Olam, is not just a name, it is our philosophy for being. 'Everlasting Love’ is the integral part of who we are as a community and our responsibility to that end. Congregation Ahavat Olam.....is a welcoming and inclusive synagogue, proudly rooted in Jewish history and identity, open to different backgrounds and every point of view. We come together to learn, celebrate and worship, honoring and accepting each other. Our spiritual, cultural, and intellectual journeys lead us to Ahavat Olam. Our values of justice, acceptance, education, and inspiration are tools that guide us through the neighborhoods where we live and beyond. Our Mission
We believe in community, spirituality, inclusivity, and growth. Our members display their spirituality in various ways, but our commitment to each other, Judaism, and God shows us that we all belong. We are an environment that nurtures a family community that is free of judgment and bias and welcoming to all members.

Earlier this month, we celebrated a special milestone, and we continue to be filled with pride and gratitude for our extraordinary Confirmation students and the meaningful journey that brought them here. 💙

This special evening reflected not only their dedication and growth, but the strength of a community that walks beside them every step of the way.

Mazal tov to our Confirmation Class and their families as they continue forward with curiosity, purpose, and Jewish pride.

May you go from strength to strength. Chazak Ve’ematz.

Chag Shavuot Sameach!

As the holiday begins at sundown, we welcome this beautiful season of learning, gratitude, and renewal. Like the harvest fields of Shavuot, may we take time to reflect on growth, blessings, and the gifts we continue to gather along life's journey.

We also invite you to join us for our special Shabbat morning Shavuot service on Saturday, which includes the reading of the Ten Commandments, the Book of Ruth, Yizkor, and a Shavuot learning session with Rabbi Idan Irelander.

May this Shavuot bring meaning, connection, and joy to you and those you love. 💙
