One minute they’re in elementary school. The next minute they’re asking for deodorant, eating everything in your pantry, and somehow preparing to enter middle school.

If your student is moving into 6th grade this fall, we want to celebrate this exciting milestone with you!

Join us for Welcome to JCC Students this Friday from 6-8pm. A fun evening where incoming 6th graders and their families can meet our Student Pastor, Bryce Houghton, connect with other families, hear about everything happening this summer, and get a glimpse of what student ministry is all about.

There will be great food, lots of laughs, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions as your family steps into this next season.

Middle school is a big transition, but your student doesn’t have to navigate it alone. We can’t wait to welcome them into the JCC Students family.

Most people don’t struggle to believe God exists. They struggle to believe He actually loves them. Not the cleaned up version. Not the church version. Not the version that finally gets it all together.

The real you.

Tomorrow we’re wrapping up our “Ever Wonder Why?” series with one of the most personal questions we can ask: “Does God love me?” If you’ve ever wrestled with shame, doubt, insecurity, disappointment, or the feeling that you could never truly be worthy of God’s love…this Sunday is for you.

We believe there’s hope, healing, and freedom found in the love of Jesus. And we’d love for you to be in the room tomorrow at 9:30 & 11:00am. 🙏🏽

Have you ever been in a season where God felt quiet?

Not gone. Not absent. Just harder to hear. Harder to sense. Harder to feel.

You’re not alone.

But here’s the hope: God’s presence is not dependent on our emotions. Just because we don’t feel Him doesn’t mean He isn’t near.

Keep seeking. Keep praying. Keep drawing close.

He is still with you.

This past Sunday, Bailey and Shamar said “yes” to Jesus through baptism, publicly declaring their faith and beginning a new chapter in their journey with Christ.

And one of the most beautiful parts? Shamar asked his good friend Levi to baptize him. Watching young people not only follow Jesus, but lead their friends toward Him is a reminder that God is moving in the next generation in powerful ways.

We’re so grateful for the culture being built in our student ministry and for leaders who are faithfully pointing students toward Jesus week after week.
