💜 One Kids families, as we prepare for the approaching hurricane, we’re praying for your peace, protection, and safety.

This month’s theme, “The Safe Place, God Is My Strength,” reminds us that we can turn to God when we’re afraid. Our kiddos are learning: “God is strong, so I can be brave.”

“God is our place of safety. He gives us strength. He is always there to help us in times of trouble.” Psalm 46:1 NIrV

ONE KIDS SUNDAY RECAP!

Today at One Kids, our kiddos learned about Israel Capturing Jericho!

Joshua and the Israelites faced the huge, strongly walled city of Jericho. From the outside, it looked impossible, but God had a plan! Instead of depending on their own strength or weapons, they had to trust God, obey His instructions, and believe that He was strong enough to do what seemed impossible.

And God came through! The walls of Jericho came down, reminding us that nothing is too big or too difficult for our God.

BOTTOM LINE: God is strong, so I can be brave!

This week, encourage your kiddos to remember that whenever they feel scared, nervous, or face something difficult, God is with them and He is strong! 🙏

NEW MONTH. NEW THEME. NEW ADVENTURE!

This month at One Church in One Kids, we’re learning about THE SAFE PLACE: God Is My Strength! 💪

Sometimes the world can feel scary, and being brave isn’t always easy. But our kids are going to discover that God is strong, God is with us, God is on control, and Jesus has already won!

No matter what we face, we can trust God because He is our safe place and our strength.

We can’t wait to spend this month helping our kids grow in their faith and learn that when life feels uncertain, they can always run to God!
