Some of the greatest things God has ever done in my life did not happen when I was comfortable. They happened when I was afraid.

Faith is not proven when the bank account is full.
Faith is not proven when the doctor gives a good report.
Faith is not proven when everyone is cheering your name.

Faith is proven when you stand in front of something bigger than you and still believe God is bigger than that.

The giant is not proof that God has left you.
The giant is proof that God trusts you with a greater revelation of who He is.

Every battle taught me something.
Every disappointment taught me something.
Every closed door taught me something.
Every tear taught me something.

I learned that God’s ways still work.
I learned that God’s presence never leaves.
I learned that God’s character never changes.

The same God who brought you through your last storm has not lost His power in this one.

Don’t spend this week talking more about your Goliath than you do about your God.

Talk about His faithfulness.
Talk about His goodness.
Talk about His promises.
Talk about His track record.

Because when you remember what God has already done, fear loses its voice and faith finds its strength.

The giant may be standing in front of you, but God is standing with you.

And if God is with you, victory is not a possibility.

It’s a promise.
