New Castle Presbyterian Church

New Castle Presbyterian Church Witnessing for Christ Since 1657 New Castle Presbyterian Church was founded in 1657 with the arrival of the first Dutch Reformed minister.

Our congregation was one of the founding churches of the first presbytery in the New World, begun in December of 1706. Our 1707 Meeting House is one of the oldest original religious buildings in continous use in the United States. Its quiet simplicity continues to grace our worship and lift our hearts for discipleship.
