If the outdoors becomes a place that you go to get away from the most important people in your life, the outdoors is no longer sacred. It may have become “the other woman.“ Don’t let that happen, if you’re a man and you’re seeing this use the outdoors, creation, as path to refuge for your entire family. In a nutshell, bring them with you.

On a cool sidenote, the fish in the upper right I caught only movements before my wife caught the same fish. One one on a nymph and one on a dry.

It seems to be a pattern with me, fathers, and their sons. There’s nothing that I enjoyed more than seeing this kind of growth in relationships, anywhere, but especially on the water. Nice job boys.
