That story about Jonah, it’s actually about us! It’s up to us to recognize every person as our neighbor. We need to live all those that are different, we are all children of God. It’s not up to us to deliver judgement and justice. We need to love our neighbor. God wants mercy and love. Each one of us needs to find our place with God. We are all forgiven for the places we fall sort. To be neighbors to all is one of the hardest things we are called to do. Thank you, Rev Kate!
