Our beloved Disaster Pastor has been up in the Grass Valley area for the past two weeks. He went up to his home up there for a weekend visit that became a personal nightmare. Saturday 10/21 his wife Judy went in for emergency surgery. She was on a ventilator for the next few days but finally was able to breathe on her own but still hadn't woken up after the surgery which she finally did a full week later! It is expected that she'll be able to move to a skilled nursing facility in Concord, CA tomorrow, allowing her to be near her husband as he returns to work at First Presbyterian Church Concord. Please keep him and his wife in your prayers. - Ann Keirns
