Radhika Cosley, the author of the blog, is a member of Ananda Sangha Worldwide and a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi. Ananda Sangha is a global spiritual movement based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, and was founded in 1968 by Yogananda’s direct disciple, Swami

Kriyananda. Yogananda’s teachings embrace the truths that underlie all the great religions. Radhika lives at Ananada Village, an intentional spiritual community in northern California, which is the headquarters for Ananda Sangha. May you find happiness.
