The BSU ministers to all students! We do weekly and yearly activities that help keep students involved with their faith.

2026 BSU Exeter corn maze trip with the International student club was a blast. Few of our attendees are missing from the pictures.
We are so busy in the BSU, meeting for Bible studies, pushing our students to share the gospel, working through spiritual questions and life situations so that we can grow spiritually….sometimes we forget that fellowship and fun are key parts of our Christian life. Thankful for this time together.

Several BSU students shared testimony and the gospel at the Stella Baptist Church’s tent revival. It was a privilege to share what the Lord has done in our lives and to praise and worship alongside brothers and sisters. We are joining in praying for revival in all of our communities.

We have a new SISTER IN CHRIST y’all!
Last night, one of sweet ladies you see in this picture expressed saving faith in Christ and was saved! We are celebrating over here and we hope you will join us in that and be in prayer over her. Next stop, getting her first Bible and baptism.

The Lord is using this ministry for His work. Give Him the glory.

Please be in prayer for Austin though, as the Lord has brought us TOO MANY KNUCKLEHEADS this year and Austin has to keep breaking out the wiffle ball bat to keep them in line…😂

This weekend the BSU is attending the MBCollegiate State Fall Retreat at Camp Barnabas. We are joining BSUs all across Missouri for a weekend of worship, reflection, and sabbath. The theme is “Steady: finding peace when the world keeps spinning.” Students are being encouraged to fully trust in Christ and use Him as the source for everything we need, especially our peace. Be in prayer for our students this weekend.
We also got to sit down with a familiar face. It’s always a joy to reunite with other BSU directors and MBC folks at these events.

The BSU is serving at the Help Center Food Pantry’s 2nd Annual Banquet.
This week we have served at two banquets that support our community, and are supported and sponsored by our association churches. It’s a privilege to be used in our Lords work!

The BSU is happy to be serving at the Care Net Pregnancy Resource Center of Neosho’s annual banquet!
In a couple days we will help serve at the annual Help Center Food Pantry Banquet. This is banquet week for us!

Last week, the cowboys and cowgirls from Risen Ranch Cowboy Church and Arena came and served the free Wednesday lunch, and today, Fellowship Baptist Church served. Talk about good grub!
Today we served over 200 students during lunch. These lunches give BSU Director Austin Pfrimmer the chance to engage with students, inviting them to Bible studies, answering their Bible/theology questions, talking through life situations, and having gospel conversations. This is also a time for our BSU students to get out of their comfort zone, to sit at tables, share their testimony and the gospel with their peers. We also know students experience Christian love and hospitality from these churches, and we hope this will convince Crowder students to find themselves in a church this Sunday!

So basically we bring over a hundred pies to the student center at 11:30, and you take some for free. Deal?

Don’t miss Pie Day and a chance to chat with the BSU and learn about our Bible studies, the churches that support us, and anything that we believe in. See you after 11:30 in the student center!

Huge shoutout to all our churches in the Shoal Creek Baptist Association who make this event possible…by making and buying all of the pies! If you like your pie today, we know that you’ll like the sweet folks who made it, so visit one of our churches this Sunday!
