Ayo. We are a community here at Crowder. We had planned to have our kickoff Bible study tomorrow night but we heard some of y’all will be skatin…well…we want to skate too! We don’t want to have a schedule conflict with one of Crowders favorite Campus Life events so we will not have study tomorow and instead have our kickoff be next Monday, Aug. 31st. We will meet a lot of new students at Club Rush this week, so this works out for us to have a great kickoff next Monday.

Men’s and women’s studies kick off tonight at 7:30 at the BSU building. 4151 Beaumont st. back entrance.

Our men’s and women’s studies are a great place to find your friends and your support group - a place where you can openly share what you’re struggling with and get genuine help from people who care.
It’s also a place to chill and have a lot of fun. These studies are flexible. Some nights you’ll meet at the BSU, others at Braums, or someone’s house/apartment. Most nights you’ll dive deep into the Word, but some nights you’ll just talk about your highs and lows, pray with each other, do an activity. And of course, we like to fellowship. Grill out nights, bowling, fishing, four wheelers….we get up to all kinds of stuff.

We are setting up our fancy new projector and watching “The Blind” tonight at the BSU building - 4151 Beaumont St.

“The Blind” is a powerful true story of redemption and forgiveness from addiction and reckless living. Be inspired by the love of a family and the transforming power of Jesus Christ to change even the most wayward of folks.

This is gonna be a chill night! Wear something comfortable, even if it’s your Walmart Pjs! 😂
Bring a pillow and some blankets and the stuffed animal you’ve had since you were a kid.
We will provide snacks and finger food, but feel free to bring your own!

The movie will start at 8, but we are chill around here. If you wanna chat in another room or do something fun outside, play some board games, feel free to do so! We can even watching a 2nd movie for all the night owls out there 🦉

Here it is folks, this is our weekly schedule, all year long! Make sure to follow our Instagram and GroupMe to stay up to date with changes and more information.

This schedule doesn’t include all of the trips, conferences, retreats, and mission trip that we go on…we’ve got so much planned this year!

Everything kicks off on Sunday with our men’s and women’s Bible Studies. We hope you’ll come out for those, but for sure don’t miss our main kickoff night next Monday at 6:30!
