Fr. Davis was ordained on November 9, 1980, as a member of the Missionaries of Saint Francis de Sales. He graduated from the Pontifical Athenaeum in Pune, India, and majored in Philosophy and Theology along with English Literature. He holds a Certificate in Clinical Pastoral Course from Saint John’s Medical College.

Fr. Davis's priestly ministry began in the Catholic Missions in northeastern India, where he served for 15 years, until being named Rector of a Minor Seminary for the Fransalians in 1995. After coming to the United States in 2001, he served as Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi in Dover, TN. Father then pursued higher education, earning a M.A. in Professional Counseling, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in May of 2006. Since then, Father Davis has served as Pastor of St. Catherine of Sienna in Columbia, TN, Dean of the South Deanery, and is now concluding his six-year term as Pastor of Saint Stephen.

The Saint Ann Youth Ministry visited over the weekend to serve, visit, and pray for the residents! The Heart of Mary House is a Catholic hospice home located within our parish boundaries. We encourage you to learn more about their mission and consider how to support them.

Today we celebrated Ashley Witherow for Administrative Professionals' Day, as well as her birthday! We also celebrated the upcoming birthdays of our Pastor Father Michael Fye, Parish Coordinator Nancy Maroney, and Bookkeeper Elizabeth Porter. We appreciate all that each of you do to make our parish a wonderful place to be.
