Good Shepherd family, God was up to something last night. Several of our pastors and staff and council joined a whole busload of people from our community to participate in the Fair Day in Court Prayer Vigil with churches and leaders from around Chicagoland. We’re so grateful for the leadership of our Mission Partner World Relief, and our friends from other churches who are united in prayer for our immigrant neighbors. We came from different backgrounds and faith traditions and we left last night with lots of opportunities for next steps.

Please join us in prayer for those navigating the court system. If you have questions or would want to get more involved, please reach out and we’ll get you connected to our team.

What invisible walls are you building? Jesus tore down every dividing wall of hostility so we could be united. It's time to remove our 'keep out' signs and truly welcome others the way Christ welcomed us.
