The Salvation Army of Nampa is pleased to kick off National Salvation Army Week (declared by President Eisenhower in 1954). We're proud to serve alongside so many others in our state to provide help and hope all year long. We are grateful this year for the Proclamation from Governor Little, declaring May 11-16, 2026 to be Salvation Army Week. Check back all week as we celebrate our community during National Salvation Army Week.

The Salvation Army of Nampa is praying for the Hogaboam family that God will provide peace and comfort during this time and in the difficult days ahead.

The Treasure Valley is mourning the loss of Nampa Mayor Rick Hogaboam, who died from a medical emergency during a Regional Town Hall meeting on Wednesday evening. He was 47 years old.
