Last summer, worship nights at the New Hope Community brought together partner churches from across the valley—different denominations, different styles, and different expressions of worship, all centered on the same Jesus.

Residents, volunteers, staff, friends, and families gathered on the lawn for evenings of worship, prayer, and connection. In those simple moments, God moved in powerful ways.

One of the most meaningful moments was seeing a gentleman make the decision to follow Christ, right in the middle of worship and community.

This is one of our Mission in Motion stories—a reminder of what can happen when the Body of Christ comes together in unity.

Ten years ago, a woman came to Love INC during one of the darkest seasons of her life. She was escaping a domestic violence situation while caring for her baby son and facing an uncertain future.

Recently, she stopped by the Love INC table at one of our partner church events and shared what God has done in the years since.

Through the support of churches, volunteers, mentorship, encouragement, and people simply walking alongside her, she experienced not only practical help, but the love of Christ—and during that season, she gave her life to Jesus.

Today, she is thriving, raising her family, and full of gratitude for the people who stood beside her when she needed hope most. Standing next to her was her 10-year-old son, the same little boy she carried through those painful days years ago.

Sometimes we don’t get to see the long-term impact of the seeds planted through this ministry.

But every act of love matters.

Ten years later, the fruit remains.
