The kids spent the day exploring, getting dirty, and making memories together. These pictures pretty much sum up what Trail Life is all about: adventure, teamwork, and boys being boys!

This is a great opportunity for our new Trailmen and their families to meet our returning families and leaders, enjoy some camping, and start building new friendships.

Our Navigators/Adventurers Summer High Adventure trip was an incredible success!

Over several days, we explored the rugged beauty of Colorado Bend State Park, hiking nearly 18 miles through rocky, mountainous terrain—a landscape far different from what we're used to in East Texas. Along the way, we ventured into a cave system where we learned about the unique wildlife that calls it home and the amazing rock formations created by God's handiwork through water over countless years. Getting in and out of the cave was definitely a challenge, but one we'll never forget!

We were blessed to experience wildlife and native plants we don't see back home, reminding us of the incredible diversity of God's creation. Each evening, we gathered around the campfire to prepare our meals, share stories, laugh together, and enjoy the fellowship that comes from spending time in the outdoors with brothers in Christ.

One of the greatest blessings of the trip was taking time to reflect on the beauty the Lord has given us. We thanked Him for the opportunity to experience His creation and were reminded that His handiwork is evident everywhere we go. It's amazing how much the world can change just a few hours from home.

Trips like these are about much more than backpacking and adventure. They are opportunities to teach these young men to walk worthy of the calling they have received. The path of righteousness isn't always easy. There will be times when they stumble, stray, or fall. But we want them to know that, through Christ, they can stand back up, brush off the dirt and the hurt, put one foot in front of the other, and continue faithfully down the path He has set before them—a path that leads to everlasting life.

A special thank you to all of our dedicated leaders who faithfully invest their time, energy, and hearts into these young men. Thank you for leading by example and for showing them what it truly means to Walk Worthy.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out today and supported our troop at our annual BBQ fundraiser. We are truly grateful for each and every person who stopped by, enjoyed a meal, shared a conversation, or simply took the time to support our boys and our mission.

One of the greatest blessings of this event is getting to meet new people and share what our troop is all about — helping boys grow into strong, responsible, Godly men through faith, fellowship, and the great outdoors.

The incredible support and turnout we received today meant more to us than we can put into words. Every plate purchased, every donation made, and every encouraging word helps us continue providing opportunities and experiences that will shape these young men for years to come.

Thank you for believing in our boys, supporting our troop, and helping us keep moving forward. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing community behind us. God bless you all, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 🙏❤️

Come on down to North Street Church of Christ and support our troop while enjoying some delicious BBQ chicken! ❤️🍗

Every bit of support helps our boys take part in activities, trips, and opportunities that help them grow—not only as young men, but as godly men who strive to live out their faith and follow the example of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Our youth are the next generation, and one day they will be the ones carrying the flame of faith forward. Let’s come together as a community and help encourage, guide, and support these young men as they grow in faith, character, and service.

Looking for some smoking wood ( Red oak, oak, pecan, or something similar) for our fundraiser. We will need it this evening. Will need a cord and delivery to nacogdoches if possible.

We are pleased to announce that presale tickets for our 3rd Annual BBQ, scheduled for July 25th at 11am at North Street Church of Christ in Nacogdoches are now available. To reserve your plate, please purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets can be obtained by contacting us through Facebook, and we can setup a tike to meet you a get you tickets. Additionally, walk-up orders will be accepted on the 25th. By supporting our cause, you will be contributing to our efforts to transform boys into godly young men.
