Parenting can feel loud.
Big emotions. Big questions. Big energy.

You don’t have to add something new to your routine.
Just replace one stressed moment with one slow breath.

A breath prayer is a short truth we pray while we breathe in and out.
It helps calm their body and anchor their heart.

This week’s breath prayer:

Inhale: Jesus
Exhale: You are powerful

Practice it:
• Before school
• During big feelings
• At bedtime
• In the car

It takes 10 seconds.
But over time, it builds trust.

God is powerful —
and our kids can learn to rest in that. 💛

Kingdom Kids is tonight!
Drop off at 5:30 for dinner, and pick up between 7:30–8:00.

Over the next few weeks, we’re building the Armor of God (yes… out of cardboard!), and helping kids grow strong in their trust in the Lord.

It’s hands-on. It’s meaningful. And it’s a whole lot of fun.
We’d love to see your family tonight!

Our KIDS Ministry is going to camp this summer! We’ll be taking about 20 kids. It’s going to be FUN you guys. So pumped!

We need stuff for our fundraiser garage sale! All funds will go towards paying for the kids entry fees.

Please consider donating to our garage sale! Just a few items makes a difference.

THEN, come shop while you enjoy a (kid served) ice cold lemonade.

*Extra perk, our Youth will also be having their Car Wash Fundraiser. Get your car washed while shopping for a good cause, What a day!
