Another wonderful Wednesday night at The Grove last week! We were having too much fun learning about our sweet Lord, I didn’t take any pictures. 🥴 But Ashley did manage to snap a photo of the beautiful sunset just as we were walking out the door. A perfect representation of God at work. The crop, the sun setting providing the most beautiful scenery and colors. ❤️

Last week we picked up right where we left off on our lesson about “Who God Says We Are”. Conversations covered:
▪️Chosen - John 15:16
▪️Accepted - Romans 15:7
▪️Forgiven - 1 John 1:9
▪️Redeemed - Galatians 3:13

‼️Reminder‼️We are pausing our Wednesday night lessons during the month of September, so no class tonight. But we do invite everyone and their families to stop by our Corn Maze at some point this month for an evening of fun! 😊

It was so good to have our GROVEkids back in the classroom this past Wednesday night! 😊 We began our journey talking about “Who God Says We Are”. This weeks conversation covered:

We want to thank everyone who joined us for our cookout this past Wednesday night! The food was delicious, the company was wonderful, and the kiddos didn’t let the heat interrupt their fun! 😊

Goodness, y’all! Summer is almost over and school for most of our sweet kiddos starts back next week!
I want to apologize for not having an event this month. I’ll be honest, the month flew by. But on a good note, we have our entire schedule planned out for the remainder of 2026! The first Wednesday back will be August 12. We are planning a cook-out and want to also extend an invite to our parents! 😊

What a wonderful time we had last week for our Summer Kick-Off night! Name of the game was to have fun and I think we did just that! 😊 We played a variety of Minute-To-Win-It games:
▪️Adam and Eve Apple Stacking
▪️Gospel Scramble
▪️Noah’s Ark Animal Drop
▪️And lastly, the unwrapping of The Greatest Gift while wearing oven mitts! 🙃

So much fun with these kiddos over the past several months! ❤️ We hope everyone enjoys their summer break!

Keep an eye out for info on our fun events we are planning for June and July. We will let y’all know about our June event once when we have the final details all ironed out. 😊

Lots to cover on this post, so bare with me 😬

We wrapped up our review on the second part of the New Testament last Wednesday night. We then moved to the santuary to have a lesson on prayer at the alter. We lifted up Brother Mark in prayer as he will be having a medical procedure soon. I said a prayer aloud while we all knelt at the alter. It was a sweet moment as several of the kiddos took turns saying their own prayer aloud (at their request).❤️

Side Note: When we sat down at the planning table for 2026, we had planned to follow the school schedule and meet on Wednesday nights during the first part of the year. Take off for summer. And then return back to the classroom when school started back in August. This is still our plan; however, we would like to get together for a couple of fun activities with the kiddos during the summer. We will keep you all posted on those details as we know more. 😉

Tonight will be a little different as we will sit down for “open discussion”. This will allow the kiddos to ask questions and gain better clarity where they may need it. These little minds have asked some big questions in the past, so I am looking forward to seeing where tonight’s discussion goes. ❤️
