212 is a Chi Alpha campus ministry at Murray State University and seeks to help all students know JESUS better. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Our mission is to spread the love and hope of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible. We believe that a relationship with Jesus makes all the difference in this life. Like a vaccine to a virus, Jesus offers the cure to life's ills and we want as many people to know about the cure (Jesus) as possible. It was great reconnecting with some old college friends last week. Both are doing great things for Jesus around the world, Morgan in Canada and Daniel in China. Pray with me that God’s hand of empowerment and blessing will continue to be on them both, in Jesus’ Name! Ephesians 3:20

It was great celebrating these students 🤩 at our 212 spring party 🎉 before the semester ended. As a semester ends our hearts ❤️ are always filled with thankfulness and awe at what God has done. And we’re also proud of these students for what they have accomplished 💪 We continue to pray that as God’s Word has been sown into these hearts, that it will continue to produce in their lives over the summer and beyond in Jesus’ Name 🔥 “It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.” - Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭11‬

We’re super proud of these 212 graduates 😊 They’ve each been a blessing and they will be missed. But we pray for God’s empowerment 🔥 to be on them as they transition into their next calling in life 🙏 “‘May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. We’re super proud of this semester’s MARCIS AWARD student winners 🏆 This award is named in honor of our late campus pastor Mark Randall who exemplified having the extra degree in his pursuit of Jesus 🔥

There are a lot of students doing great in 212, but we like to honor a few in particular who we see exemplifying similar traits as Mark over the course of the last semester or two. This semester that was Owen, Rylea, and Connor.

Owen gave his heart to Jesus a couple years ago as a freshman and has since really dove into discipleship personally with the Lord and now is passing that onto other students as a small group leader. Rylea has been a tremendous blessing in the ministry the last couple years, especially in small groups, and was instrumental in helping us rethink and reorganization connection time at our large group meetings. And Connor has a real gift for helping others that he has continued to blossom into, not only on our campus but on the streets of Louisville as well during our mission trip.

Their journeys aren’t done and we pray 🙏 that they continue to pursue Jesus and never stop growing up in the Lord, just like Mark Randall 💪

We tried something NEW 🤩 this semester with a 5 day per week morning prayer meeting on campus. We weren’t sure how students would respond, but several of them answered the call to start each weekday PRAYING 🙏 for their campus and each other 🔥 After spring break we reduced it to just 3 days, but we were super impressed with these students willing to get up at 7 AM and devote this time to Jesus. Prayers are powerful 💪 and we know God accomplished much this semester because of the prayers of His children 🙌 “The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.” - James‬ ‭5‬:‭16

It was a blessing 🙏 meeting with these student leaders last week to cast vision and share training on the future of discipleship in 212 and on campus. Praise God 🙌 for His faithfulness and for raising up and using these young people to reach their generation with the Gospel 🔥 “Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.” - 1 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭12‬

It was great being in the Curris Center one last time this semester for 212 🙌 God’s presence and anointing were tangible, blessing the lives of students as they responded to the powerful 💥 message delivered by Cassie 🔥 Thank you to everyone who prays 🙏 and believes for these students to be touched by God! It makes a difference ❤️
