JEREMY & STEPH SEEP - AUSTRIA

Praises
- That we had a very blessed time at our special women's evening, which happens once every 5-6 weeks. Including workers, we had women and children from 13 different nations.
- That we will be visiting the US this summer.
- For an encouraging team retreat in May.
- For short-term workers who are helping us so much this spring and summer.
- For a good time for Jeremy at a men's retreat with our church.

Prayers
- For our teammate Carol, who is in the States on home assignment next month.
- For us as we try to get everything done to prepare to leave for our home assignment in the US in less than a month.
- For our new teammate who is having complications with getting a visa. Please pray for understanding and a clear path forward.
- For the woman who was here on a vision trip as she has conversations with her church leadership and heals from an injury.

DAREN & JODI BECK - USA

Praises
- For the weeklong Safeguarding Training this past May. The training was conducted by CSPN, a global leader in child protection education and training.
- That Jodi’s hip replacement surgery on May 22nd went well, and her physical therapy is going well.
- For the opportunity to participate with the A Third of Us movement (which highlights the "one third" of the world - almost 3 billion people) who have no access to the Gospel.

Prayers
- For our youngest son, Andrew, who departed for Basic Training with the Air Force on May 18th.
- For our team in Bangladesh. The banking system is on the verge of collapse, leaving many of our workers without access to the funds they need to survive (many banks no longer have cash on hand).
- For the ongoing work among Frontier Peoples with ACTION.

THOMAS SMOAK - INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR


- Praise the Lord that Matheus Negri and Paulo Varão made it all the way to Benguela, Angola, from Worcester, South Africa, in Matheus’s Toyota. They had three flat tires, and a flock of guinea fowl flew into their windshield and broke it, but they made it safely.

- Praise the Lord that J&Y in the Middle East have had a joyful reunion with their young people and hope to continue with their summer English classes.

- Pray for Ruth Oliveira and the ACTION Brazil team as they gather for their annual field conference this weekend. Seven new workers have joined that team and have been oriented this week.

DAREN & JODI BECK - USA

Praises
- For the prayers for our family during this season of loss (Daren’s mom died on March 23rd). Her Celebration of Life was a wonderful worship service and a great time of fellowship with those whose lives she had touched with the Gospel.
- For the opportunity to participate with Derek Dearth in a gathering of 500 ministry leaders from the MENA Region (Middle East and North Africa) in Malta. Praise God for all that he is doing, despite difficult circumstances in the region.
- For the several new workers from North America, Canada, South Asia, and South America this past week.
- That our daughter Kamryn was accepted as a missionary with ACTION and will serve as a Human Resource Specialist in our Action USA office!
- For the opportunities to serve the least reached with A Third of Us. It was a blessing to participate in a working group focused on the least-reached people groups around the world.

Prayers
- For the International Day of Prayer for the Unreached is coming up on May 24th (Pentecost Sunday).
- For Drew, as he anticipates leaving for Basic Training with the Air Force on May 19th.
- For Jodi, her hip replacement surgery is scheduled for May 21st.

CALEB & MEGAN SILVA - PORTUGAL

Praises
- For the opportunity to invest in the lives of youth and young adults around the world.
- That our Biblical Counseling training is going well! We’ve completed five courses and will start our final class in January 2027. We’re thankful for this season of continued growth.

Prayers
- For wisdom in our discipleship relationships, many of which take place online.
- For open doors to share the gospel with our three unbelieving neighbor families, so that they would come to know Jesus personally.
- For our visa process and the finances needed for this transition.
- For our marriage, that we would continue to grow together, stay rooted in the Lord, and be a light in our daily rhythms.
- For our upcoming visit to the States, this June-August, as we will reconnect with family, friends, and supporters.

BORA & BUNRY CHHEANG - CAMBODIA

Praises
- That our local church was able to finish the Book of Galatians this last Sunday.
- For God keeping the family safe as Bora was attending our ACTION IC in person.
- For God’s protection of Selah's eye. Monika's scooter failed on him, and that could have been really bad. He has had a black eye for a number of days now.

Prayers
- That we would have a learning time in the Book of Joel for the next four weeks before we start the Book of James for the summer.
- For our upcoming "last" visitation from the government about our adoption process.
- For wisdom as we shepherd our kids.
- For Nathan, who had just developed a new web-based app, Lectio.pro, for our team to use for translation, to keep every file of any given project and progress in one place.
- That through the Lectio app, our team has been able to complete and track the progress of many of our new projects, like "The Trinity" and "Here We Stand".
- That God would use the Trinity book. There is no such resource that exists in the Khmer language that I know of personally.

BRIAN & CELIA STEWART - USA

Praises
- That Cubans face their trials with dignity and grace, and God uses the societal pain to provide unprecedented opportunities for His church to grow.
- That the shipments we sent from Miami went through, with hundreds of pounds of medical supplies delivered in the past couple of weeks.

Prayers
- For the approval of religious workers' visas for Celia, Stephanie, and me, for May. We will only be able to visit Casa Esperanza and Manna Farm due to the gas crisis, but that will be enough!
- For Casa Esperanza, as we will have a special celebration for the 10th anniversary of that ministry. "La Casa," as we call it, has become everything we hoped it would be and much more. Please pray for that event.
- For God’s provision for the completion of the solar-powered electrical system for Casa Esperanza.
- That by faith, we are making plans to restart our short-term teams and multi-city teaching ministry in November. Please pray that relief comes to Cuba as soon as possible.
