Before David defeated Goliath or became king, he was an unknown shepherd. But that unseen, uncelebrated season was preparing him for powerful impact ahead. Through long, lonely hours, he practiced his shot, learned to care for and protect a flock, and stayed faithful in the small things. God used those ordinary moments to prepare David for His extraordinary plans.

We had the privilege of hosting over 100 kids at Current Kids Camp this year! It was incredible to watch each one of them take a next step toward Jesus while having a blast along the way.

Dancing, singing, science experiments, sports, and games brought Bible stories to life and all pointed to how good God is.

This year, we had our largest volunteer team yet, who helped with building a full rainforest, leading crews and stations, and managing all the moving pieces that make camp happen. We truly could not have done it without you—thank you! Can’t wait for next year. 🙌
