What truly satisfies the soul?

In Psalm 63, David shows us that real satisfaction isn’t found in things of this world, but in God alone. Even in hardship, David doesn’t dwell on what he has to fix — he dwells on the One who already holds it.

What a beautiful Sunday at Wellspring 🤍

This week, we were so blessed to welcome friends from Broken Hearts Ministry in Juarez, Mexico. During Sunday school, their team shared about the ministry, what life looks like in Juarez, and ways we as a church family can come alongside and help. It was such a meaningful time hearing their hearts and learning how God is moving.

Later in service, Eli Warren brought us into Psalm 51 — a powerful reminder that while most people want relief from guilt, David wanted something deeper: a clean heart.

We are experts at hiding sin, excusing sin, and managing appearances, but Psalm 51 points us to something better: true repentance before a merciful God. After his sin was exposed, David cried out for mercy, forgiveness, and restoration — and we are reminded that the gospel gives hope even to guilty sinners.
