Today, following worship, we held a “see ya later” lunch in honor of Lyle & Gloria Cooper. Lyle has served as an elder for many years at MACC and Gloria has been heavily involved in the ladies ministry, and our discovery club programming. Both of them have served as our mission coordinators as well.

We will certainly miss them as they move closer to family. In recognition of their service, the church presented them with this plaque.

In April, Discovery club classes (grades 1st-8th grade) went to Talley’s Custom Frame Gallery to make Mother’s Day gifts for their moms.

A big thank you to Susan Harrell and Talley’s for opening their space to us.

Discovery club resumes on Wednesday evenings this fall!
