Just heard 2 mind blowing facts, and upon doing research, they are both true. 1) the prison system is the largest mental health provider in the US. 2) there are more black people in prison than there were slaves before the Civil War. Hopefully I'm about to start work in the prison system. I'm not the type of cat that here's something like this and minds my own business. I ain't built like that. I'm gonna do my part, just gotta figure out what that is.

There is a new member of the church in need of the help of Gods people. This woman is a new convert, who even before coming to church, God delivered from drugs, and is literally taking that heart of stone, and making a heart of flesh. This woman, her 2 kids, and her mother are homeless, recently renting a room at a local motel and she got 2 jobs, to keep a roof over her families head while looking for a place to live.
1-2 years ago, before coming to Christ, she was charged twice with truancy. She had a hard time getting her kids to school due to not having a vehicle or a stable address, which also caused her to miss the court dates. Her plan was to secure a place for her family to live and then take care of her warrants, but because a guy had problems with her brother, he decided his revenge would be to call the police on her leaving her disabled mother and 2 children in the motel room with no money to fend for themselves. By Friday they will be out of money and have to leave the motel, and the church is helping but we have exhausted our funds, so we are asking for help. It takes a total of $500 to free her so she can be with her family, and I don’t want her to think Gods people weren’t there, in such a pivotal place in her life, so I’m asking for your help. Please donate to help us help her. God bless you, and please keep her in your prayers.

In the Bible, whenever Gods judgement fell on the land there were people under His grace and mercy, because they chose Him! With the world pushing away God and embracing sin, I feel His hand of protection has lifted off of america and now He is seeking those out, who is seeking Him, to fall under His grace and mercy. With nuclear war seeming eminent, there is no way to positivity know what is about to happen, so i urge u, please seek Him! Turn from sin right now while u still can! Gods people will be safe, but if your not in submission to Him, u are in danger! The time is drawing near, and soon, your chance will be over! Id u need someone to pray with u let me know, i will be glad to! But please, turn to God before its too late! If nothing happens, good! But if the usa does get hit with a nuke and u dont have God, u will wish u did! Sin separates us from Him, remember that.

Ok...real talk time. Somebody, I can't say who, told my son "hey u 19, no kids, live your life, go have your fun. I got a problem with that. See, I'm what u call cross-eyed with 20/20 vision. I know, and I teach my kids that it's not our lives to live and party with. Almost 2 decades ago I traded my life for His (Jesus) and ever since then I see things a lot clearer. I realized that there is only one Heaven, one God, and one name given in which we may be saved. I can't save myself, I gotta do it His way. Since Heaven is His home, I gotta follow His rules if I wanna be there. So in saying this I'm saying we as people gotta teach our kids it's all about God, because if we don't, one day they will knock on His door wanting to come to His party, but He will answer and say, I never knew u, and shut the door for all eternity. Teach them about Jesus.

Tomorrow for Resurrection Sunday we will be visiting Havenview United Pentecostal Church in Winston Salem, and returning back for church next Sunday for service at 121 West Pine Street. Hope to see you at both!
